What is blogging?

• Blogging comes from the term Weblog. It is an online venue that, through the years since its inception, has developed into an public diary or journal. According to Rebecca Blood, the blog began as a page of links the webmaster found interesting.
• The blog community is frequently referred to as the "blogosphere."
• Blogs cover a multitude of subjects of interest to the individual blogger.
