Final Paper
Ginny
I fell in love with Mary! What a risk taker, an inquirer, a
scholar, a humanitarian, a caring teacher!
Reading the story, I was reminded about the power of one
who connects theory and practice, using one to
inform the other in a beautiful dynamic of mutual
accommodation! This story did an exquisite job of
bringing the course "ways of knowing" together with
the world of the second language learner and
the second language teacher.
It shows how the narrative can inform; it
shows how lenses can change and
influence practice; it shows how
history can be narrative not only analytical.
I really enjoyed reading
it!!
It has been my pleasure to get to know you through class
and reading
your reflections. I have posted grades and you can access
them
online. However, lest you worry, I believe that you earned
an A. I
will put everything in the mail sometime this coming week.
Have a
good summer and please let me know if there is ever
anything I can do
to support your studies. Priscilla
