The rhetorical analysis of a technical document includes the assets as well as the downfalls of the document.  An example is contained in the link:

The first major assignment in our course was to take a somewhat difficult apparatus and write about how to operate it.  This project was reviewed and edited again before posting to this web page.  My assignment example is contained in the link below:

 Set of Instructions and Procedures

As we wrote our set of instructions and procedures, we were assigned the task of reviewing two other student's work.   Below is my memo:

Memo on Performance as a Document Reviewer

We also had to do a collabortive final project in which two or three people assisted in either writing a document or composing a web site.  Our group did a collabortive writing assignment on an article from Elevator World.  Part of the assignment was to compose a proposal for the project.  Below is our group's example of that assignment:

Proposal for the Collaborative Project

Another part for the assignment for the 6-week final project was to produce a progress report; that is, a report of our group's progresstoward the final end, a completed article for Elevator World.  Below is our group's progress report:

Below is our group's completed article for Elevator World.  It is an article regarding the new technology in the elavator industry:

As in many writing classes, it was necessary to complete an evaluation of our progress.  Below is our group's example of the collaborative group evaluation:

Finally, we ourselves were required to reflect on what we learned overall in our course.  This part of the course requires a reflection on the lessons and abilities enhanced while taking this course.  Here are my comments:
