Aesthetic Statement
All
the words
and pictures are of my own creation.
All the colors I picked out myself. I
wanted to choose something that was natural to me.
I wanted something that was me.
When I first started this project I did not think I would have anything that I liked. I thought the site would be boring and an obvious school assignment. At first every step in the web publishing process was frustrating. Once I finally got it, however, I was thoroughly excited.
I was excited about this new creative format. I am very creative. I write, paint, make music, and take photographs. Never before had I such control over a web page.
Web pages have an infinite audience. Well, a possibly infinite
audience. Any of my work here will reach a
much larger audience than say a picture in a show.
I want this site to share with the
world my creative abiblities, even if most of the work here is related
to
school. It doesn’t have to be
boring.
This assignment has inspired me to learn more
about
web publishing as I have quickly become frustrated with the confines of
Netscape Composer.
I hope that everyone can enjoy the look and
feel of
this site and that it accurately portrays my abilities, my sense of
humor, and
my interests.
