Currently we are looking for two graduate students with EE / physics / chemistry background U.S citizens  to work on CdHgTe / Si infrared focal plane arrays and CdTe nanostructure projects at Army Research Laboratory, Adelphi, Maryland and Night Vision Army Laboratory, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. Both places are within driving distance from GMU. It is a great oppurtunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment on exciting projects. Tuition will be fully paid and a stipend of $1400 - $1700 / month will be provided. Students can pursue graduate degrees either in EE or in Applied Science (physics or chemistry)
