This is a proposed digital project that utilizes new media in the presentation of historical information. The project is an on-line archive that seeks to centralize the primary sources on a specific historical topic. This proposal will address the rationale for its creation, where it fits among the existing Web sites on the subject, and the requirements needed to realize the project.
