PROGRAM RATIONALE:
My
Masters program gave me a solid
background in Special Education. The courses chosen here will
be a
foundation in Assistive Technology and Instructional Technology, which
combine
my passions, helping Individuals with Special Needs through technology.
This
course of study will provide the knowledge, experience, and skills needed to realize my goal to
promote
innovative methods of teacher education about the necessity, validity,
and
efficacy of using Assistive Technology for student methods of
skill/knowledge
acquisition and demonstration.
