George Mason University
Spring 2009

  Student typing

Following EDSE 841, this course continued the investigation of professional researchers and discovering quality indicators of different types of research. Continuing to learn how to understand educational research is constructed through filling out forms that identify important parts of research was very helpful as I anticipate my own dissertation study. (Samples 1, 2, & 3.) The course had a midterm exam and a final exam to help incorporate research information into my working knowledge. Creating the methods section for each type of educational research such as, quantitative, qualitative, survey, and single subject research were helpful to understand the nuances of each method. The invaluable feedback was especially helpful.
