How to Start Netscape Composer

Start from Scratch...

1. Open Netscape.
   
   
2. Click  on Communicator > Composer.
   
   
3. Click on File > New > Blank Page.
   

1. Open Netscape.
   
   
2. Go to http://home.netscape.com/browsers/templates.
   
   
3. Open the template you want to use.
   
   
4. Click on File > Save
   
   
5. Change the location where the file will be saved to  "Desktop" (or another directory where you want to save the file).
   
   
6. Click on  the "OK" button.
   
   
7. Click on the "OK" button if you are prompted to "Save Embedded File."
   
   
8. Click on Communicator > Composer.
   
   
9. Click on File > Open Page.
   
   
10. Click on the "Choose File" button.
    
    
11. Change the directory in the "Look in" box to "Desktop" (or to another directory where you saved the template file).
    
    
12. Click on the name of the template.
    
    
13. Click on the "Open" button.
    
    
14. Click on the "Open" button in the next box also.
    
    
15. Delete anything you do not want to keep on the page by highlighting it and
    pressing the "Delete" key.
    

1. Open Netscape.
   
   
2. Click on Communicator > Composer.
   
   

3. Click on File > Page From Wizard.
   
   NOTE:  You will be connected to the Netscape web site.
   
   

4. Click on the "Join Now" button and follow the prompts.
