My utopia is called, "S. Town" created by founder, Seung H. Byun.  In this community, everybody shares the same belief which is Catholic.  There are actually three different part in the community.  Even though the people in the entire community have the similar kinds of jobs and properties equally, they share properties only in each area and the three areas share with each other only if they need to.  This community may seem as a one country which has several states with each different rule but treat each other equally.  This community is not living for own profit yet.  Sharing in common, and equal treating are the reasons why they don't live for personal profit.
    This community is both agricultural, and industrial.  Each area has farms, factories, and mills.  The community is not opened to the world yet as it is mentioned that they don't live for personal profit.  They work and they get what they earn from their works so they are not familiar with trading with other communities yet.  Because of the special characteristic of this community that everybody is equal and mostly share, men and women have the same rights.  There is no such a slavery.  This community doesn't develop quickly because there are not various jobs.  Most of the people use to have the same jobs.  By this facts, this community doesn't have many different life style.  Everyone usually goes to work on farms or in factories.  For weekends, they spend most of the time with families
at the parks or churches since they share the same belief.  Everyone has the same opportunities for a speech.  Each area has a public building, so they can speak what kind of problem is concerned in their lives.  Also this speech in one area can be considered with other areas.
    Once again, this utopia does not develop quickly, but they are optimistic since they are treated with equal rights to speak and sharing properties in common.
