This page is at the top of my works-in-progress list and currently includes just links. I will change and add to it as appropriate, either with links or discussions. It represents a working forum for me and, I hope, for colleagues interested in the same areas of research.

THE VISUAL

VisualLiteracy.org: A European organization that promotes visual literacy. Very cool.
International Visual Literacy Organization

(top, visual, WAC, technology, more)

WAC

WAC Clearinghouse: for everything WAC
WAC Conference Archive
Indiana Univ. library, WAC article: A very comprehensive list of articles on general WAC issues.
George Mason University WAC program
Longview Community College: A strong two-year WAC program.
Hostos Community College: Another strong two-year, bilingual WAC program.

(top, visual, WAC, technology, more)

TECHNOLOGY

As this section can quickly become overwhelming, until I create a separate list, I point you to two sites (by the same person) that have an impressive amount of links and information on issues related to technology, technologies, pedagogy, writing, rhetoric, web publication, etc.

Byron Hawk's Computers and Writing Resources
Byron Hawk's Electronic Publication Resources

(top, visual, WAC, technology, more)

MORE LINKS

Individuals

Karl Stolley: This is the web portfolio site of the person who redesigned the much-used Purdue OWL site. I like the clean lines of this site, as well as our converging interests.

Cheryl Ball: This is another person whom I admire in terms of her teaching and research. I am not as crazy about her site design overall, but I like her web syllabi sites.

Collin Brooke: I like the splash page and, once again, his research interests.
