| So, really, who am I, you ask? Well...since this IS the internet and the internet is the biggest threat to a sane man's privacy (and maybe those deranged few among us as well) I have no choice but to refrain from revealing the spicy, sizzling details of my life. SO, prepare to be bored by trivial yet memorable glimpses into my past like my high school and stuff like that. Then again, it may not be all that boring... |

| ...for me as I was birthed into the typical antiseptic reeking atmosphere of a Hospital in the peaceful (relatively, that is) city of Poona, or Pune - as it was since renamed - in Western India. It's a hilly city not too far away from the more well known mega-city Bombay (which was also renamed to Mumbai later...yeah there's a pattern, but it ends here). For a map... |

| My Parents lived in Dubai, a rather fantabulous city in the United Arab Emirates (It is a well known stop-over point for the US Navy, so ask someone who has served if they've ever gotten the chance to visit.) So....after a few months in India we flew ourselves back to Dubai, where I then went on to spending 19 years growing up before I left for college to the United States. Some highlights of Dubai: 1) During the summer, temperatures soar, often reaching 48-50 degrees Celsius (~120 degrees Farenheit). 2) Being a Coastal city, you are never far away from the sea unless you go inland on a desert Safari. The beaches are magnificent. 3) Great weather for most of the year. It never gets cold enough to need a winter jacket. 4) No formal taxation system. They might have only just started a road tax to curb traffic problems, but yes, INCOME GOES UNTAXED!! |
