Paul Schopf is a Professor in the Department of Atmospheric, Oceanic and Earth Sciences and a member of the Climate Dynamics faculty. He holds a PhD in Geophysical Fluid Dynamics from Princeton University and is an expert in climate variabilty and change, focusing on ocean- atmosphere interactions, El Nino dynamics, climate modeling. He is currently interested in modeling the impacts of climate variability and change on societies.
