About Me
I am an adjunct faculty at the Department of Computer Science. I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science from George Mason University. Advised by Dr. Carlotta Domeniconi, I worked on developing exemplar-driven learning algorithms for clustering high-dimensional data. I developed and evaluated exemplar-driven frameworks for subspace clustering, matrix factorization, and representation learning of variational auto-encoders. I completed my M.S. in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Advised by Dr. B. Ravindran, I developed a hierarchical framework for object recognition in embodied agents using Markov logic networks and active vision. Prior to my Ph.D., I worked as a software engineer at Arista Networks, where I developed several network traffic monitoring features.
