Hi there! My name is Nick and I'm a doctoral candidate at George Mason University, in the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology program (SSB). My long-term research interests involve investigating molecular signatures and pathways that contribute to the development of human disease to establish and improve resources available to translational medicine. I embrace an interdisciplinary approach, especially in the context of diagnostics and drug discovery.
Nicholas Minster is currently a PhD student at George Mason University in the SSB department. He is working as a Research Assistant and an NSF Fellow under the advisement of Prof. Jafri. He received a M.S. in Bioinformatics from George Mason University, and worked as a regulatory biologist for about a year after completing his bacholors program.
If you want to input some text for a "Speaking" introduction, such as at a confrence put that little introduction here.
