This site includes a list of common web design mistakes/problems.
Hongkiat
This is a post that talks about different web design issues. The post also includes
suggestions for how to correct those issues.
Microsoft
This page talks about whether your site can be viewed by a color blind person. It also
includes solutions for problems with color coding on websites.
