“They don’t want any contact, let alone any kind of dialogue.”

Jim Moran, did not hesitate to discuss the negative role played by the Congress,

“there is an engagement road-blocks, how do we engage respectfully is important,

creative engagement on the part of Congress is missing.”

Let alone the government, current administration does not want any possible

engagement with citizens either. “Bush administration is going to make it as

difficult as possible to engage in dialogue with citizen,” said Moran.

With two or three best fiction books written by Iranian American women, Iranian

are still viewed in a monolithic way. Moran said there is deliberate discouragement by

Congress which is very unfortunate, “We can’t even bring diplomats to

Washington, that’s nonsense.

Moran said, “It seems to me that people that don’t like other, they are never

invited to use their ideas, earth population is increasing, they are leaders countries.

Wayne Gilchrest also agreed that, “there is the issue of humans engaging in

adialogue, they have knowledge about past and don’t want to talk.” Wayne

Gilchrest is the founder and Co-Chair, Dialogue Caucus, U.S. House

of Representative.

Moran said that “Mahmoud Ahmadinejad failed at that as far as statistics are

concerned, he is trying to find a reason to create international stature, and we

don’t know who creates foreign policy, they are only some provocative and

some stupid statements, most productive thing to do create a dialogue panel.”

Talking  about war in Iraq Moran said, “we have not done the right thing is Iraq,

our motivation was not pure, people who were running the policy were

incompetent and misguided…Iraq situation distances our dialogue with Iran.”

Moran said that we should try to humanize relationship and talk openly.
