Project The original purpose of this project was to provide a method for controlling videos of virtual lab experiences. Ideally, Javascript would be used to start, stop and step (advance by one frame) the video so that accurate measurements could be taken. It was hoped that students would be able to preform the lab, answer the questions in a text box, and then submit the form to their teacher.
However, several factors prevented the full implementation of this vision. First, the videos that were made for this site were not compatable with Javascript. Only one file was availaable that could be read and manipulated by Javascript.. While this file would respond to the stop and play buttons, it would not respond to the step command. Therefore that command was deleted from the final version.
This project used Foxfire to verify links and functionaly of the site.
