The Entartete Kunst site is laid out as a virtual recreation of the original space in Munich in the fall of 1937. To explore the works that were presented and to learn more about the pieces and the artists, you will move through this virtual museum using a series of navigational tools.

The first tool you will encounter is the museum map that will appear in the banner at the top of the page once you enter the Exhibit Hall. This map will occupy the right-hand portion of the banner. Each room is laid out on the map, and you can click on the room you wish to visit.

Inside each room, the works on display are clickable. Clicking on a piece will take you to the information page, with data on the work’s artist, title, etc. You can view the Painting Tutorial that will explain the information catalogued on each work, or proceed directly to the Exhibit Hall.
