• Avoid jargon
• Write more conversational

4. Write concise

• Try to say what you want in as few words as possible
• Allows reader to get information easier

5. Write for scanning

• Outline main points of what you are writing
• Use headers, bullets, lists, bold type and other visual devices

6. Become interactive

• Use visuals to help text.
• Use Web tools like flash to improve the site or online article.
