- Use appropriate language for readers
- Avoid jargon
- Write more conversational
4. Write concise
- Try to say what you want in as few words as possible
- Allows reader to get information easier
5. Write for scanning
- Outline main points of what you are writing
- Use headers, bullets, lists, bold type and other visual devices
6. Become interactive
- Use visuals to help text.
- Use Web tools like flash to improve the site or online article.
