陳明德博士簡歷  [ English Bio-sketch ]

•  一九七九年畢業於國立台灣大學電機系

•  一九八三 年獲國立交通大學企管碩士

•  一九八八年獲美國亞利桑納大學管理資訊系統學博士學位

•  美國喬治梅森大學商學院資訊管理副教授,曾任該學院科技管理研究所所長

•  在美國主持先端資訊科技顧問公司(Advanced IT Consulting) ，並協助創辦高鵬電子商務科技公司與兼任高鵬科技總監 (1999-2001)

•  專精於電子商務、資訊工程、企業資源再造、CASE Tools、Client/server Computing、Collaboration technologies (Groupware) 、Object-oriented System Development Methodology

•  著述曾在Journal of Management Information System、Database, Journal of Organizational Computing, Expert System with Applications, IEEE Transactions of Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics, Journal of Small Group Research, IEEE Software 等著名期刊登載

•  曾參與美國國防部資訊部門企業再造與電腦軟體研發的專案工作,也在Fairfax 郡政府、美國法院、美國國防部資訊局、美國森林局等有關機構參與資訊科技訓練與顧問諮詢工作

•  曾在TRW Inc., Lockheed Martin, International Monetary Funds, Computer Science Corporation, AT&T, BDM, BTG, Kforce.Com, PSINet, and Marriott Hotel 等企業公司提供專業密集訓練課程, 也常在美國外其他地方，如台灣的工研院、資策會、經部中小企業處、高雄市與高雄縣政府、台大、交大、中山、中華電腦、中國生產力中心、鳳盛企業等公私立大學與機構，的光大集團及北京海淀區農工商總會，香港科技大學，香港理工大學與新加坡等地講授一天到三全天與資訊科技應用相關的專業課程

•  Helped the creation of Decision Support Center at Fairfax County, Virginia. 

•  專業訓練課程包括：VB.NET, ASP.NET, Dynamic HTML, JaveScript, ASP, ColdFusion, Electronic Commerce, XML, CASE tools, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Database Design, Information Strategy Planning, Web Site Development Methodology and User Interface Design, Knowledge Management, etc.

•  在港台、大陸美國與新加坡接受其專業密集訓練者超過萬餘人

•  Trained 20 Northern Virginia Community College Faculty members in Visual Basic .NET, May 2002

•  Invited to be the keynote speaker on XML Web Services in E-Business by Microsoft at a Microsoft sponsored event at International Conference on Information Systems, Dec. 2002, Spain.
