Romeo and Juliet
Act V

"A glooming peace this morning with it brings,
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head"

1. What is the purpose of Act V? Does it simply resolve the plot (after all, the tragic trajectory of the story seems fairly obvious by the end of Act IV)? Or does it provide a moral injunction? Or does the way in which the plot is resolved (in language and in action) deepen our understanding of the human nature language and action display?
