Geology Seminars
The Geology Seminars are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Seminar speakers are active scientists invited to
showcase the extremely broad range of research themes that mark the geological sciences.
In Fall 2021, the seminars will be an IN-PERSON+VIRTUAL combination to accommodate all
participants, including speakers. The seminars will be held IN-PERSON every Thursday, 4:30-5:45 pm, 1309
Exploratory Hall, with Zoom broadcasting.

Students can take GEOL 392 (undergraduates) or GEOL 792 (graduates) for 1 credit hour. A separate
