| HOME | Nature Nexus refers to the connection between nature and our quality of life. Spending time outdoors helps us refresh, rejuvinate, and reconnect with our origins. Not only do activities like hiking, camping, canoeing, and rock climbing help us better our physical health (by keeping weight off, reducing blood pressure, and increasing our lung capacity), but activities like photographing nature, bird watching, and just spending time outdoors can increase our mood, lift our spirits, and allow us to think more clearly. In today's high energy world - spending time outdoors is critically important. |
