If you do not have a homepage on the Mason server, you will need to create and upload one. After you have finished, send emails with GMU homepage address to kthomps4 gmu.edu and skistler gmu.edu

Capturing and inserting images.  Save at least three images or media files relevant to your final project.  Also look for informational links you will be able to use when you digitally enhance your paper.  Insert the images in a images and informational links page.  Add the links you found as well.  In both cases, include an explanation of how you will use these links and media files in your final project.  Put a title and navigational links (to your 209 and home page) on this page and upload it to your server space.  Also upload the electronic version of the non-digital writing you will enhance; put a link to both on your 209 page.  If there is time, I will introduce Photoshop Elements

Digital graphics workshop, Innovation Hall 336 (using Photoshop).   Choose a picture, and using the skills that you learned today in Photoshop, manipulate the image to make it look significantly different. It is up to you what tools you want to use, and if you are experienced with Photoshop feel free to change the image in more complicated ways. Then insert this picture on a new image page along with the original so people looking at your website can see what you changed. Have fun, and be creative!!!!  Include an account of what procedures and tools you used to create your altered image. Title the page Photoshop Exercise or Image Manipulation and add a link to it on your Engl209 page.
