site will provide “Diversity change Models and Frameworks” for educational
transformation. This is an interactive web site that serves as a resource
hub for visions, practices, strategies, policies, theories and models that
surround the topic(s) diversity and systemic institutional change. This
small web site will include links, curriculum, syllabi, leadership development
and diversity training workshops, college diversity statements, policies
for hiring practices, and current visions towards paradigm shifts in college
leadership.
