I am a third-year graduate student in George Mason University's Industrial and Organizational Psychology doctoral program. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish, and a minor in Anthropology. My current I/O Psychology research interests have to do with age diversity and generational differences in the workplace. I actively participate in Dr. Eden King's research lab studying diversity, gender issues, and tokenism. In addition, I am involved in Dr. Lois Tetrick's research lab studying Occupational Health Psychology (OHP) topics, specifically work-family issues. Please feel free to email me (kryanc@gmu.edu) if you have any questions about my research or about Mason's I/O Psychology program.
