When vacation time comes around you have the people who like to hit the beach and sun-bathe all day and you have the people who like to find the nearest mountain to go snowboarding or skiing. Finding credible websites to make reservations for vacation plans is hard to do. Some places offer "complementary vacations" that turn out to be nightmares. Others offer you one thing and you end up with another. How do you know which website is for real and which one is out to scam you?

Since my husband and I travel to different places for our vacations, I thought it would be interesting to see if there were any reliable Web sites on the Internet that could help in planning a vacation and making reservations.

This report will look at one website devoted to beach goers and one website devoted to ski lovers. The website for the beach vacations, or time shares, was found to be less credible. The website for the mountain vacation was a more credible site.
