How to use it:

Teacher start with a concept attainment lesson showing examples and nonexamples of the word. Students look at the examples and discuss the common attributes. Then students write the word and define it using their own words and illustrate the word. Students try to make a connection from the word to the real world. Option: Have them draw an example and a nonexample.
