My utopia is built for a socialist community while at the same time
like Hygeia, a place to make money. The entrance to my utopia is
located in the top right corner where the community is hidden behind the
woods for privacy and peace. The river separates the business section
of my utopia from the suburbs section where the homes are on the other
side. During the week, workers cross the bridge over the river to
work in the factories, public buildings earning money to pay for crops,
food, clothing and other necessities. Everyone treats each other
with respect, and items can be bought not only with money, but with crops
or other possessions. Although women have the tough task of taking
care of the children, they must also pick the crops and cook the food which
are located on the left side, to keep intruders from stealing crops.
Woman are given the same amount of respect hard working men are given.
Only relatives of citizens living in my utopia may visit and live on the
land because of fear of overpopulation. My decision of allowing relatives
to visit and stay is to keep the unity strong between families and still
have income pour into the utopia from the other states. Slavery will
not exist anymore, as blacks and whites both help one another with ideas
and production.
