More importantly, you can do it for free. You can do moveable type, blogger, livejournal and many more. Mac users can try mac-mike.
A reader can even find how-to-blog websites, minute-by-minute updates on blogs and the hottest topics in blogging today!!!
Blogging has become huge. There are at least a million and more coming up everyday. It comes with your own web address and you can give the site out to other to read, or others can just type in your blog title and read.
Not only that, but they can comment too.
