I am a full time student at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, majoring in Communications with a concentration in Journalism and minoring in Film and Media Studies.

I currently work part-time as a reporter for The Rappahannock Times, a weekly newspaper located in Tappahannock, Virginia. I generally write four to five articles a week on a variety of topics of local interest. I cover school boards in two counties, I write a good number of features about local personalities and (on the rare occasion that anything happens) hard news.

I previously served as managing editor and staff writer for Virginia Bride Magazine, a unique regional bridal publication which has distinguished itself by bringing a new depth of content and substance to this area of publishing.
