Accommodation

The conference is being held at the Christopher W Klaus Advanced Computing Building on the campus of Georgia Institute of Technology. There are two levels of recommended accommodation where rooms have been reserved, the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Centre and the Hemphill Avenue Apartments (student dorms). Both are within walking distance of the conference site. More information on each is given below.

Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center
This is a full facility hotel. There is a block of rooms for the DCC'08 conference reserved from Sun - Tues. The Friday, Saturday and Sunday night rate is $119 + tax, and all other nights are $142 + tax. Participants should contact the hotel directly either through the hotel website or by phone (+1) 404-347-9440, and ask for the DCC’08 conference block. If you have problems, spell out the name of the conference. 

Hemphill Avenue Student Dorms
Room cost is $43.50 per night. These are student rooms with shared bathrooms and no additional facilities, that have wireless internet. Only linen is provided. The apartments have a small kitchen and a sitting area in addition to the bedrooms and bathroom and there are four bedrooms to each apartment. These rooms should be reserved by sending an email to the local manager with the following information:
