WGMU is GMU's student-run radio station, known as the "voice of Mason." Featuring music, news, and talk radio, WGMU is always looking to take on new DJs.

How to get involved: Sign up for the one credit radio class COMM 148 or contact Ali Bodsford for a crash course to get you on the air as a volunteer.

Time Commitment: Medium. DJs commit to an hour or two hour weekly show that requires some additional prep-time and planning to run smoothly.

Special Benefits: Have fun with your own creative on-air show, and learn to write for broadcast and speak extemporaneously, getting it right in "one take."
