The Intellectual Property Law Society (IPLS) consists of students and faculty of George Mason University School of Law (GMUSL) interested in all facets of intellectual property law including: Patent Law, Patent and Know-How Licensing, Patent Infringement Law, Patent Infringement Damages, Patent Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Patent Interference Law and Practice, Patent Writing Theory and Practice, Copyright Law, Trade Secrets Law, Trademark Law, Legal and Economic Theory of Intellectual Property Law, and International Protection of Intellectual Property.
