The class site: Comm 361 These are my classmates: Comm 361 Classmates Spring 2009 Professor Steve Klein: Whenever you hand in a paper to this man be ready to have it returned filled with red marks. Actually he is a very good journalism professor and a proponent of cross platform journalism who only wants the best from his students so that they can reach their potential as journalists or writers. Issac Pacheco: The Technology assistant for the class. Very decent and articulate guy but also laid back and easy going. He served in Iraq, is currently an editor for AM Vets Magazine and an expert in new media technology. He will graduate in May 2009 and will soon be attending Georgetown University for Graduate school. Also I am involved in a group project which focuses on religion told from the perspective of GMU students. Please visit this link that leads to our project.Fortunately me and my group work exceptionally well together and have created a well executed project that utilizes both new media techniques combined with the basics of old fashioned style journalism These are my group members, check out their sites and blogs: Rashad Mulla: One of the nicest people in the world. We were classmates last semester in Political Journalism (Also with Prof. Klein) and both get along really well. We also both believe that Gilbert Arenas plus Flip Saunders equals Wizards being NBA champions 2-3 years from now Caroline Neher: We also had a class together last semester. She is an RA here at Mason and is friendly with just about everyone Parisa El-Hamid: I am so glad that we have her in our group and I take full credit for that sinceI was the one who asked her to join us. She was sitting all alone in the corner, crying because she did not know anyone in the class until I came over and saved her from her own isolation (just kidding). She is a complete sweetheart and is graduating just like me If you have time please visit the site of one of my favorite journalists but more importantly a decent human being This is my CNN Widget
