About Me:
My name is Immanuel Tuano Amador at I am a senior here at George Mason University. My main academics focus on Journalism and Public Relations. My family lives in Australia but I have been here in Virginia since 2003 and I absolutely love it over here.
In my spare time I love to just relax and watch films, especially foreign films. I cannot begin to list down all of my absolute favorite films but a few would be Amelie, Schindler’s List, Sophie Scholl: The Final Days and Saint Ralph. I also love to escape reality and read a good book like the Little Prince, Growing Up and Catch-22.
Ever since I came to GMU I really believe that I have grown to be a more complete human being. I am sincere enough to myself that I can admit and recognize my flaws and imperfections, but I am trying to be the best person that I can be.
I believe in Human Rights for everyone. There is no justification for negating the lives of anyone regardless of where they live or the situation that they are entrapped in. If we are only living our lives for the accumulation of wealth, then we really have lost touch of what really matters in life. There is no greater reward in life than being able to assist the most helpless and sincere.
Challenge yourself and see where the truth will lead you. Discover a cause you can believe in. Defend and fight for this cause as if your own life depended on it. Create an ideology of life that you can live by and be proud of. This will make your life more meaningful and many years from now when you’re lying on your death bed, you will be grateful for it.
