Biographical Statement Personal Statement I enjoy helping public administration graduate
students learn how to employ study design and statistical methods
in public administration projects. Admittedly difficult is the
appropriate use of study design and statistical methods. But
study design and statistics can be learned and used in appropriate
situations: These concepts are important for those of us who
practice, teach, conduct research in, and learn about public administration
and its applications in government (both civilian and uniformed service)
and the not-for-profit sector.
I am willing to help graduate students learn how to use study designs and statistical methods, but I cannot do everything. I need from you a willingness to learn something new, commitment, attention to course details found in the syllabus, and very good evidence of your progress. As a GMU graduate student, you’ve got to “earn your way” by completing course requirements. I promise to offer all students fair and appropriate assistance. I hope the links (below) will
