A good problem is one which is relevant to your field or your career, but which is also small enough to be fully studied in the time and page length available. In this case, you have a semester (15 weeks), and a page length of 15 double-spaced pages.
Write a brief (one page, double-spaced) paper explaining two or three good problems, and why these would be appropriate research topics for you.
