Recommendation Report

This assignment follows up on the Literature Review. Continue researching either global warming or DRM (keep the same topic as the Literature Review). The audience for this report is not simply the newly elected Representative, but the government committee upon which he or she sits.  

For this report, you are to make specific recommendations about your topic: what should Congress do about global warming?  Can Congress balance consumer and industry rights concerning DRM?

This report should be 8-10 pages long, using between 8 and 15 sources.  You may include parts of the literature review, but this report should focus on making a recommendation for specific actions.

The report should consist of several clearly marked sections:

1. Introduction: Purpose, Context, and Scope of the report
2. Background
3. Literature review
4. Evaluation and Analysis
5. Recommendation

You will also need at least one Appendix—a list of References/Works Cited.
