The Congressional Representative for whom you've written the Literature Review has been named chair of a Committee to consider Congressional responses to Global Warming and DRM.

The Committee on Global Warming has issued the following RFP:

The United States Congressional Committee on Global Warming is seeking proposals for specific actions to be taken which may alleviate the effects of climate change.

The proposals must include the following sections:

1) Summary of the research to be done

2) Project Description
     a) Introduction
     b) Rationale
     c) Plan of the work
     d) Facilities and Equipment

3) Qualifications

 

The Committee on Digital Consumer Rights has issued the following RFP:

The United States Congressional Committee on Digital Consumer Rights is seeking proposals for specific actions to be taken which may aid in balancing the rights of IP-holders and consumers of digital media.

The proposals must include the following sections:

1) Summary of the research to be done

2) Project Description
     a) Introduction
     b) Rationale
     c) Plan of the work
     d) Facilities and Equipment

3) Qualifications

The proposals should be approximately 3 pages, double-spaced.
