Pros

Children get the information easier then we are used to. With a click or a google here, the answers are at our finger tips. With the programs and classes in school, they get a headstart into their future. A lot of schools have computer classes and children are getting the hang of it fast because that is what they are growing up to and getting used to.

Another advantage is all the helpful things there are out on the internet. People are connected throughout the world because of the internet. Websites such as MySpace, Facebook, Flickr., and Match.com have help social interaction between everyone, not jsut children. Children would have more supervision, but it is a chance for the adults to socialize. Adults get to use the internet so they can find out what information their is out there to help better their children.

Along with the advantages to the technology, there are also the disadvantages that you have to consider.
