All errata on this page have been fixed and updated on the slides on the webpage.

p32: "9/64" should be "9/128"

p73: "S6.4" should be "S6.2" in two places

p104: "1.3 x 1.3 = 2.6" should be "S4.3 x S4.3 = S8.6"
      "-0.875" should be "0.875" in final equation


Lecture 2

p3:  "Chapter 4" should be "Chapter 9"

p39: "Et = X - trunc(X)" should be "Et = trunc(X) - X"

p40: "Range: approx -2^-L <= Et <= 0" should be "Range: approx -2^-L' <= Et <= 0" i.e. switch L' and L
