For this project I searched on Archive.org for audio poems by Robert Frost. In Archive.org I found a collection of audio recordings of his poem "Good Hours". The recordings were done for ................ and a total of (42?) people read the poem. My original plan was to mix up the lines being read to make a new meaning of the poem. While listening to the many versions of the peom I realized that these people were reading the poems in the way they believed the meaning should sound.
As we all know every poem can mean something different to every person who reads it. To my mom "Good Hours" meant nothing but an old man walking down some snowy paths. To me it has deals with someone looking back into a world they no longer recognize. Robert Frost probably meant something completely different when he wrote it. Every voice that read the poem for ......... probably thought it meant something different. So I decided to try and take the way each person read the peom and mix them all together, thus visually and auidioly showing how one poem can have so many different meanings.
Next Paragraph about how i did it.
