Problems with Anti-Net Neutrality Argument

The problem of the argument of most anti-net neutrality supporters is that it fails to adaquately address the issue of censorship for the purposes of silencing competitors, silencing websites critical of the company, or political means. The Supreme Court ruled in NCTA v. Brand X that the FCC could decide on net neutrality issues either way. The FCC does have some general principles concerning net neutrality. The FCC, however, has failed to stop Comcast from blocking BitTorrent. There are no stated intentions of blocking websites, and there will probably not be any widespread blocking, but there have already been some isolated incidents.
