for Oct. 19, 2005 Meeting

1. Bob will provide an update on the situation involving the Undergraduate Concil proposal (Item AP2005-2). Then we will discuss what should be done next with this item.
2. Karen will give an update on her review of the Academic Policies section of the next GMU catalog.
3. Peter and I will provide an update on our work concerning modifications of the academic calendar that are under consideration (Item AP2005-3). Hopefully, Susan Jones will be able to join us for this part of the meeting and give us her views on the situation.
