Step 5: LO emails back alternative(s) to client in real time

The LO would then select the best alternatives, and email back the best recommendation(s) to prospect. It would be up to the LO to follow up with the prospect and pin point which of these options are better aligned to prospects needs, and promote the development of a transaction. The mortgage search engine keeps a record of the prospects’ basic qualifying information, which can be updated and/or modified as needed. The rates would also be updated as time goes by, every time the LO re-submits the prospects information through the search engine.
