Chapter Summaries
for:
Investigating Communication: An Introduction to Research Methods
(Frey, Botan, & Kreps, 2000)
The following chapter summaries are intended as a study aid after you have read the chapters in FBK – they will be of limited use to you if you have not read the book. (Many have tried to get by on the summaries alone, few have succeeded! So you gotta ask yourself, "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya rookie?) I recommend that you use them as a review as you prepare to demonstrate mastery of the material – either on the Readiness Assessment Tests or the final exam.
There are three versions
of the chapter summaries here:
1) HTML Pages on my web site
2) MS Word files (right click to download to your computer)
3) PDF files (click to print, or right-click to download then print)
