Elizabeth Fraser has worked over 10 years in software engineering design, test and evaluation (USMC, Army, NAVAIR, DISA and OSD DT&E), and over 10 years in Law Enforcement IT, web-based systems, and technology research. She earned the MS and BS (hons.) degrees from GMU Volgenau School of Engineering, and minored in Chemistry.
