Professor of Public Policy at George Mason
University's School
of Public Policy, specializing in the areas of international trade
and
economic development and directing the International
Commerce and Policy program.
I am also
a Senior Fellow at Trade
Partnership Worldwide. Previously, I
held positions at Kalamazoo
College and

United States International Trade
